| How do I get ready for surgery? |

You should have pre-op labs & tests done 15-20 days prior to surgery. If you are over the age of 65 or have other medical problems you must see your primary care physician at least 2 weeks in advance to be medically cleared for surgery. Make sure you know exactly what time you must be at the hospital. Do not eat or drink anything after midnight the night before surgery. |
